How We Use Enquiry Information
To Understand Your Requirements and Follow Up
The project requirements, location, company name, contact person and telephone number you provide are used only for engineering enquiries, quotation follow-up and site-visit requests. They will not be published or used to subscribe you to marketing.
Website forms and email enquiries
After you confirm the summary, the website sends the enquiry to enquiry@fiber.com.hk. Success is shown only when the server accepts the submission; mail-server acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. The team must confirm follow-up and site-visit dates. You can also email enquiry@fiber.com.hk directly.
Information Handling
The website does not create a customer database or actively retain form answers long term; engineering enquiries are handled through company email. The company manages mailbox retention and follow-up. Your browser may restore this page; select "Clear Answers" when finished. You are responsible for any summary copies you copy or download.
Preventing Spam & Duplicate Enquiries
Before submission, the website uses a necessary security session cookie, same-origin checks, a hidden field, server-side rate limits and data validation. Rate-limit files are stored outside the public website directory and record only hashed connection identifiers and submission times, using a rolling 24-hour limit. Security records do not contain names, phone numbers or enquiry content. These measures help reduce spam but cannot guarantee that all bots are blocked.
Confirmation & Privacy Contact
You can return to edit before submitting. If receipt cannot be confirmed, your answers are retained and an error message is shown; the website does not claim an engineer has been notified. Email enquiry@fiber.com.hk to ask about follow-up or the handling of your enquiry information.
